How long does the warranty last?
Our warranty is a lifetime warranty meaning it will last throughout the life of the piece or until it is deemed unrepairable.
What are cleaning services?
Cleaning services include both the basic cleaning and our complete restoration.
Does the warranty cover broken clasp?
Yes, as long as you have the damaged clasp. If the clasp is missing you will need to purchase a new clasp but the labor cost will be covered under the warranty.
Does the warranty transfer?
No, our warranty is for pieces purchased directly from Joyeria Diaz and can only be claimed under the original owners account.
How do I enroll my piece into the warranty program?
There is no need to enroll, our lifetime warranty is automatically applied to all purchases under a customer's account?
Does the warranty cover custom pieces?
Yes, the warranty covers all of our custom pieces that we created from scratch.
How can I process a warranty claim?

How much does the warranty cost?
Our lifetime warranty is free on all pieces purchased from JD.
Can I purchase a JD warranty for jewelry I bought elsewhere?
Unfortunately, our warranty is exclusively for pieces that were purchased at JD.
